Pricing and Payment Policies
Below is a basic overview of our policies. Please thoroughly read our Contract for Website Design Services for a complete explanation of all policies and procedures.
Design Fee
We design custom websites that contain up to 15 distinct pages for a fee of $950 for basic websites or $1250 for e-commerce sites. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the design fee is required to begin work on a new site.
Monthly Maintenance Fee
For those who opt for the Full Service Plan, a monthly maintenance fee is charged for website hosting and maintenance. This amount is billed every six months and is paid in advance. The first six months must be paid in full in order to secure services on a new site. For more information about monthly maintenance fees and what is included, view pricing.
Hourly Rate
Updates and additions to a website that are not included in the design fee or monthly maintenance fee are charged at our regular hourly rate of $50.00. Unlike many web design companies, we do not charge a minimum time for hourly work. If you send us a change that takes only 10 minutes, we only charge you for 10 minutes of work. OnPoint Professionals provides an initial consultation with the client at no charge.
Invoicing and Payment
Invoices are sent on the 10th of every month, with payment due within 15 days of the date of invoice. You may opt to receive your invoice by either email or regular mail.
Late Payments/Returned Checks
If a payment becomes 15 days late, a monthly late fee of 10% of the late balance will be charged. If a payment becomes 30 days late, OnPoint Professionals reserves the right to disable the client’s website until payment is received, and to charge a $50.00 reinstatement fee.
There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.
Payment Methods
OnPoint Professionals currently accepts payment only via cash or personal check. Personal checks can be mailed to 5908 Clear Springs Drive, Wake Forest, NC 27587. DO NOT mail cash payments.
Contractual Obligation
Contractual obligations may be cancelled by either the client or by OnPoint Professionals at any time and for any reason with 30 days notice. If the contract is cancelled by the client, be advised that any fees that have been prepaid at the time of cancellation are non-refundable. If the contract is cancelled by OnPoint Professionals, unused monthly maintenance fees will be returned at the termination of contract, less any unpaid balance on the account.
Website Content and Materials
OnPoint Professionals reserves the right to refuse to post any material that we consider inappropriate or offensive.
The client warrants that he or she has the right to use any trademarks and other materials that he or she provides to be used as content in a website, and grants OnPoint Professionals the right to use such trademarks and materials in connection with creation of the client’s website.
The client grants permission for OnPoint Professionals to use products created for the client in the company’s portfolio of work, and to link to and display the client’s website on the OnPoint Professionals company website.
