How long does it usually take to design a new website?
Once we have received your deposit (50% of the design fee), we will schedule work on your site. We guarantee that your site will be ready for your review within 4 weeks of receipt of the deposit.

Do you have a minimum charge for changes and updates?
No, no, no! Many web design companies have a minimum amount of time that they will charge you to make changes, regardless of how long it takes to complete your requested updates. If you're paying a web designer $50 per hour, and he invoices you for at least a half-hour every time you submit a request to make a change, you'll have to pay $25 just to change a comma to a semi-colon! At OnPoint Professionals, we think this is unfair to our clients and a cheap way to make money. We don't have a minimum time charge - if we do one minute of work for your site, we only invoice you for one minute of our time.

Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a 20% discount for certain non-profits, such as charities and educational organizations. Clients claiming this discount must provide proof of their non-profit status for approval. OnPoint Professionals reserves the right to not approve this discount for any reason. Pro bono work is occasionally accepted. Please contact us to request discounted or pro bono services.
All discounts are applied to the monthly maintenance fee and the hourly rate.

How do I set up my email accounts?
You may wish to set up email accounts using your new domain name (for example, "sally@taylorconsulting.com"), and this is something that we very highly recommend. We can create up to 50 email accounts using your domain name at no extra charge.
To create your accounts, simply let us know the names of the accounts you'd like to create, and we'll set them up for you. They'll be ready to use within just a few hours.

Why isn't my site showing up on a search engine?
Search engines like Google and Yahoo! are constantly "crawling" the web looking for new information and pages. But in a world with millions and millions of web pages, finding your particular site is like finding a needle in a haystack. Over time, search engines will eventually find your site among the masses, but this could take months, or even years.
