Using Your Email Accounts

You have two options for checking the email accounts that we set up for you. You can check it online using our hosting service's web-based email program, or you can set up your account so it can be checked with your favorite email program, such as Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, or Mozilla Thunderbird.

Check Your Inbox Using Web-Based Email

1. In your internet browser, go to http://email.secureserver.net.
2. Enter your chosen log-in name.
3. Enter your password and click the "Login" button. (If this is the first time you've logged on, your password will be "password". You will need to change your password after you've logged on.)

Check Your Inbox Using Email Software

You may prefer to use an email software program to view your inbox. Having your email forwarded to your preferred program is called an "STMP relay", and even though it sounds technical, it is simple to set up and only has to be done once.
